We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your vision, lifestyle, budget, and timeline. This session defines the design direction and sets a clear brief that guides every decision that follows.
02 – Concept Design
Our team develops a full design concept – mood boards, spatial layouts, material palettes, and lighting strategies – presented in a clear visual format so you can see and feel the direction before anything is committed.
03 – Photorealistic Visualisation
We produce high-definition 3D renders of every key room. You see your future home in detail, approve finishes, adjust layouts, and sign off on the design before construction begins – eliminating expensive on-site changes.
04 – Technical Specification & Procurement
We produce construction-ready technical drawings and a complete specification of every material, fixture, fitting, and piece of furniture. We source at preferential rates through our network of premium suppliers across Europe.
05 – Project Management & Delivery
We manage the build and installation from start to finish – coordinating the contractor team, resolving on-site decisions, maintaining quality control, and keeping your project on schedule and within budget. Handover is a finished home, not a building site.
